Monday: Woburn Day - the kids wore their Black & Orange
Tuesday: Inside & Backwards Day
Thursday: Hat Day
Friday: Pajama Day
Proud Mom Moment:
Yesterday was Field Day at The Wyman, plus the kids had a substitute and it was a girl in Caleb's class birthday so you can imagine it was a fun day in 2nd grade! Well when the kids came running out when the bell rang at 2:40pm they all were excited and talking about the movie they watched, that they had Popsicle's and that the little girl gave them ring pops, Once on the playground the kids had the ring pops so I asked Caleb where they got them and he told me that the birthday girl brought them in for everyone but, he didn't take one b/c he knows he can't have them. I was so proud of him...it may seem like a little thing they were just ring pops. He said no though, he is listening to us and knew right from wrong. He didn't try to sneak one...I know it isn't always going to be easy but, in that moment I was proud of Caleb for the choice he made, for not following everyone else, for doing what he knew was right!
